📘 HelpDude – Terms of Use

1. Introduction

By installing or using HelpDude, you agree to these Terms of Use. HelpDude is an AI assistant integrated with Freshdesk to improve support workflows.

2. Usage Rights

You are granted a non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use HelpDude within your Freshdesk account.

3. User Restrictions

• No reverse engineering or replication
• No shared login access
• No scraping, spam, or illegal use

4. Device Access

Each user is allowed to log in on only one device at a time. Previous sessions will be logged out if a new device is used.

5. Licensing & Payment

First 2 users are free. After that, it costs $40 USD per user. Installation payment is processed via the Freshdesk Marketplace.

6. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access for abuse, non-payment, or violation of terms.
